Who are Pasture Butchers?
We are an online butcher shop born from the success of our Pasture restaurants in Bristol, Cardiff, and Birmingham. We specialize in dry-aged, pasture-raised meat, butchered with care and sourced responsibly so you can enjoy restaurant-quality cuts at home.
Where is the meat sourced from?
We work in partnership with our trusted suppliers, Philip Warren & Son, who farm cattle on the rich pastures of the Tamar Valley and Bodmin Moor. This ensures our beef is ethically raised, sustainable, and of the highest possible quality.
What makes your meat "restaurant-quality"?
The meat you buy online is exactly the same produce our chefs serve in our restaurants every day. We focus on native breeds, high animal welfare, and traditional dry-ageing processes to ensure maximum flavor and tenderness.
Products & Preparation
What is "Pasture-Raised" meat?
Our beef is raised ethically and sustainably in its natural environment on Cornish pastures. This natural diet and lifestyle lead to better animal welfare and a superior nutritional profile (higher in Omega-3) compared to grain-fed alternatives.
How long is your beef dry-aged?
Our signature beef is dry-aged on the bone for a minimum of 35 days in carefully controlled conditions. This allows natural enzymes to tenderize the meat while intensifying its deep, rich flavor.
Do you offer any curated selections?
Yes! We offer Pasture Experience Boxes, which are chef-selected collections of our best cuts. These are perfect for special occasions, gifting, or hosting a restaurant-style steak night at home.

Where do you deliver?
We offer nationwide delivery across the UK. Each order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives at your door in peak condition.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. You can view the final cost before completing your purchase.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, you can choose in-store pick up from our Bristol shop. You’ll also find pantry essentials, fresh produce, and our house spice blends available in-store.
